Hi!

Could be many things…

First I would disassemble it and remove the button circuit membrane and clean it completely with isopropyl alcohol (also on the motherboard side). Also replace the rubber if you can’t press the button in at all.

Then try again!

If it’s still failing after this, please replace the button circuit membrane and try again!
