@bhekimotha that will depend on what battery and what connections your existing Bluetooth speaker currently has. Very simplified is Charging port to charging board (to control the charging process) to the battery. To actually build a battery charging circuit/system, I would suggest you check the specs and application you are attempting, in here TI Battery Charging IC And Circuits
