Touchpad is not scrolling at all
The touch pad on keyboard is not allowing me to scroll on any pages

The scrolling function on a touchpad is a 2 finger gesture. If it works otherwise, it is a driver problem. Find the latest driver for it and install it.

Does the cursor appear on the screen? Does it move using the touchpad? From your description it sounds as though the click function of the touchpad might not be working, but that's just my best guess based on the meager information you've given us. Can you tell us more about what your touchpad is doing or not doing?
