Frigidaire Model LFSS2312TF4:
Ice Maker is not filling with water. Replaced water valve and confirmed water line not frozen/blocked. Ice Maker "on/off" lever moved back and forth. Fridge unplugged and replugged in to reset. No change.
What else could it be?

The ice maker water valve operation is controlled by the ice maker.
Here's the service data sheet for the refrigerator.
See the description (lower left side on p.1) for how to test the ice maker.
If the ice maker is faulty search online for 241642534 to find suppliers that suit you best.
There's also a wiring diagram that may help as well
