The screen has three flex pin 1st you should open back cover with tweezers and open the screws use something like razor to make space to separate screen clean the frame and put new screen each flex at the pin

@manuel61041 since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for this phone, Use something like this video to replace the screen. Replacements are readily available at many online stores. You also want to make sure you get the screen already assembled with the mid frame. It makes it a little easier and it does not cost much more.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has a device with the same issues as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
