Stripped screw and its removal

Do you think this screw can be removed by using the extractor tool set or should I just go for the drill solution? I've tried rubber band before and it didn't work and I really need to get into the joycon to fix my drift and lock mechanism. Thanks for the answers!

IV had the same problems with the 3tri screws I used a tiny small metal drill bit like for a Dremel tool and then used a small easy out bit it turns and bits into the striped screws hole it'll remove it nicely hope it helps.
