Why does it sound like the coolant is overflowing?

@nicolelyazzie That "Now it sounds like it is full and overflowing when I push the gas." after this "jeep has been overheating" could actually be a bad head gasket. Every time you press the accelerator, you are increasing the pressure in the cooling system through a leaking cylinder head gasket. That is something you definitely want to get checked out.
