Why is my screen freezing and sound skipping?

Hi. Recently my phone has started to freeze and the sound skips while I'm watching videos. Think like a scratched CD with the sound. I hold down the power button to turn it off and it does reboot. Sometimes it works and I can watch and hear videos with no problem. Sometimes the very next video creates the same issue. Is there a fix for this? I am constantly rebooting my phone and I can't keep doing that every 20 minutes. I will take all help and suggestions please.

@yodaren this "started to freeze and the sound skips" sounds like either a Ram issue or a network issue. Have you checked your network settings when the issues appear?

Hi, yes I did that and cleaned the ram on the phone. It seems to only do it when I watch YouTube, so I don't know if it's that or what. Plus it doesn't happen all the time. But I will check again when I am at home. Thanks!
