The closest guide you can follow is this one: Sony DualSense Controller Trigger Assembly Replacement - iFixit Repair Guide
From here you can remove the L2 and R2 buttons.

You want to physically remove them? Why? Of course you can do it by tearing down controller and removing plastic parts, but for what a reason?
