Maybe there was a firmware failure. Force powering off TV may not lead data to properly save. Begin from trying to reflash the main board. If it won't help or impossible, most likely you have to replace the board.
@rishdfidhtt does it give you any sign of life? Any power LED blinking etc.? What exact model is you TV? You have checked the power cable as well as the outlet it is plugged into? What have you already checked?
