Headband breakage on the JBL E65BTNC is common because the plastic frame has limited flexibility.

Fix options:

1. Epoxy repair – Align the broken pieces and bond with 2-part epoxy. Reinforce with a small metal strip or cable tie glued inside for strength.

2. 3D-printed replacement – Look for STL models of replacement headbands or hinges. Many users upload compatible parts on Thingiverse or similar sites.

3. Spare parts – JBL does not sell official headbands, but some sellers on eBay/AliExpress offer donor frames from broken sets.

4. Warranty check – If still under warranty, JBL may replace the unit (though physical damage is usually excluded).

Temporary fix: tape or heat-shrink tubing around the break, but this only restores shape, not strength.

Good ideas.

I fixed mine doing the same the epoxy metod. Instead I used the backing soda and super glue procedure.

Fixed a year ago and my wife still falls aslep with them on.

Good luck
