Move closed captions LOCATION

Can I move the closed captions to the bottom of my screen on my older non-smart Samsung TV? It irritates me that it is about 1/3 up from the bottom now.q

What is the model number of the TV?

Is the CC location on the screen the same for all signal sources e.g. FTA TV channels, (is it different between different channels?), HDMI inputs sources e.g. dvd players etc?

Sometimes where the CC appears on the screen can depend on the signal provider or CC provider, but not always.
