That happened to my Sony Ericsson. i plugged my mobile into a charger which i never used before and it made a sound and smoke came out after that my phone doesn't turn on help ?

The mobo of your phone is dead i think. or may be only battery. so try to change the battery then try power on. if not then buy a new phone. its totally gone.
you didn't mentioned that the smoke comes out from your phone or that charges you never used bedfor!
