Busted Hose Need to Know How To Get Replacement

As you can see in the pictures my vacuum has a busted hose. It is at the bottom of the machine beside the ball filter. I ordered the part from Dyson that I thought was it but it wasn't. I spoke with Dyson support and they didn't know which part I needed even after sending them the photos. Can someone please tell me what part I need and how to get it? I do NOT want to go to a service center that is 2 hours away.

Hi @mandywesson

I think what you need is part number 924796-02. (supplier examples only)

Search online for the part number only, to find other suppliers that may suit you better.

Not totally sure if it's applicable to your particular model, but here's a video that shows how to replace it that may help.

Hi Jayeff ... thank you for that information ... I already ordered that part and even tho they look very similar, unfortunately it wasn't the correct part. Do you any other suggestions about how I can get the correct part?

@mandywesson

Is there any information stamped anywhere on the hose at all?

I just went on the fact that it was a "UP19" model and most suppliers state that this part is (example only).
