Why can't I log in?
I can't enter the the windows tab , it keeps saying reset and when I reset it it still gives me the same screen.

This usually happens when system files are damaged, the hard drive is failing or a previous reset or update failed. So here is a solution step by step:
# Access advanced Startup options, than go to Starup Repair, that might automatically fix the issue. If that does not work, oper Command Prompt and type: chkdsk c: /f /r This will check for disk errors and attemp to fix them. It can take a while. Hope this will help.
