I'm not getting 3.3 standby voltage on my syinix 32 inch tv

I'm new to fixing tvs but very interested in doing so, I replaced an 30v 330micro farad cap which was swollen, but now I'm not getting 3.3 standby voltage.

I checked the 3.3 voltage regulator but no voltage on the input, tried to trace it back but it's a bit hard without schematics
