Spanish->English translation:

Generally, audio problems in Z Fold phones are due to damage to the flex cables or ribbons, which break and initially cause an intermittent connection. This gradually leads to a loss of audio; you might be listening to something and then suddenly the sound cuts out, even though the audio is still enabled and you've increased the volume. A symptom of this is that the audio returns when you open or close the screens, that is, switching from the primary to the secondary screen or vice versa, and as you describe, it works at a certain angle. If this happens, it confirms that the problem lies with the flex cables or ribbons, and they need to be replaced. These cables are generally designed for 5,000 open/close cycles, which translates to approximately 2 or 3 years of lifespan for the cables.

Haven't seen any repair information yet on how to replace those cables, but if you scroll to 4:45 in the teardown video, you'll see those two cables, although we have no idea which one might be causing your problem.
