replaced screen in digitizer and still no touch response

Screen touch stopped working. The front glass and rear glass are completely perfect. No scratches or broken. So I replaced the screen in digitizer with a ifixit part. Touch response came back for about two months and now the screen front and back is still perfect shape, but we are back to no touch response.

It may be a faulty screen, or a faulty touch IC, Check your screen warrany with ifixit.
