No throttle but bike starts and idols

Bike was dead. Had wife help jump the bike with a battery charger. Hooked up the charger and when I plugged it in the horn blew. Maybe 1 second or less. Found charger was backwards. Made sure everything was correct on 2nd attempt and started the bike. It idols and runs but now have no throttle when I twist it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Harley-Davidson has made a LOT of bikes over the years; it will help immensely if you tell us what year and model you have.

Sorry, it’s a 2015 Street Glide Special. Other than exhaust and air breather, only other mod was a sound stream radio witch was plug and play.
