GE Profile Ice Maker maker will not dispense ice

My GE Profile door ice maker stopped dispensing ice. I replaced the auger motor. Still does not turn the auger. The ice maker still makes ice and the flap on the door dispenser shut opens and closes as it should.

What is my next troubleshooting step ??

Here's the mini manual for the refrigerator.

Enter the service diagnostics as described by the guide and check if any error codes are shown.

There's a Fa i l u r e Co d e Def i n i t i o n table (codes 600-699) for the ice maker showing what the codes mean.

There's also a Door wiring diagram on p.3 (left side) showing the wiring connections for the ice maker that may also help.

Don't know your model but assume that the ice maker is in the refrigerator door and not the freezer?. If it is run service diagnostic test 00 66 FF Door Icemaker Rake Motor. (if it is in the freezer then run test 00 59 FZ Icemaker Rake Motor Test) to see if it works or not.

Note FF = refrigerator section, FZ = freezer section
