The OS on your PC might be "cracked" or improperly reinstalled. Anyway Windows 7 is End Of Life as of January 2020, aka is unsupported and using it connected to the Internet is a security risk, you really should change OS. You might be able to buy a key and run Windows 10 on it, but it will be End Of Life in a few months, and it won't run Windows 11. As the PC is ~15 years old have a look at lightweight Linux distributions such as Linux Mint, Bodhi Linux, Lubuntu, AntiX... (it's free)
