iPhone 8 not recognizing Charge. Suggestions?

Hi I am hoping this gets some attention before I send my phone away, im pretty sure i know whats broken but just want to check to see if there's anything else I could check first.

I was working on my iPhone 8 as it needed a new Battery as I was working on it I accidently broke the ribbon connector for the Taptic Engine, I finished installing the battery while i waited for a replacement engine and the phone worked fine. However While i was Taking it apart to replace the Taptic i forget to disconnect the battery in my haste and now the phone will not show battery Percentage or seemingly charge, it will eventually show a percentage after sitting on a wireless charger for a while but in that time it randomly turns on and off. all i have found googling is that I must have damaged the MOSFET's, they dont look damaged but they could be.

Sorry for the long Question hopefully it makes sense.
Does anyone else have suggestions on what else it could be before i send it away?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?
