Why the password is not erased
I wiped all data but the password is not erased. I did hard reset

In most cases when you do a hard reset and factory reset the phone, it will look for the account details (Google) that was originally on the device when you restart. To avoid this happening you will have to remove all the accounts from with settings then factory reset your device.

I forgot the password
I mean I cant open it
also I don't remember the Google account
Not good, you will have to source a FRP unlock service
