A Dell XPS 15" 9575 (2 in 1) laptop, manufactured in 2018.

How to replace internal keyboard?

I’m asking because I don’t know what to do at the stage when you see black polyethylene. I can’t find the complete replacement instructions.

Hi @galaxyvitas1143

Here's the service manual, taken from this support webpage for the laptop.

Go to p.52 to view the procedure to remove the palm rest and keyboard assembly.

Basically you have to nearly completely disassemble the laptop to do this.

Well, the instructions only show the entire keyboard block with the case. I just want to replace the keys inside

You'll probably find that the keyboard is fused or riveted to the upper case, so you will have to either melt the plugs or drill out (break) the rivets that are holding the keyboard in place.
