Button battery ensures date and time in printer is retained when printer is turned off. HP (who own Samsung) say it's not replaceable. I am seeking other views. I changed a similar button battery on HP desktop. So I assume it should be possible with this model printer.

I found this page where somewhere goes through replacing the main board of the printer, but I couldn't see a battery on the replacement board. But this might help you get the covers off to have a look for one.

My printer is different to the printer in the video. Mine has controls on the front of the printer on a panel that slopes forward and down. I believe that the battery is on this control panel.
Ah sorry, I was going on the category the printer was listed under. I found this video by searching for the model + service manual, you might have some luck trying that.
