Camera won't connect to PC when usb cable attached or connect to serve

My camera won't connect to my computer when I plug it in. It also tells me it cannot connect to the server when I try for an update. Don't know what to do now.

Hi @tedvanfleet

Have you tried using a different, known working, micro USB cable to see if the camera connected OK to your computer?

Have you tried using the camera's WiFi option to connect your home network router?
