why is my washing machine does not start the cycle?

What is the model number of the washer?
Do you mean that it doesn't start any wash cycle type or only the one type of wash cycle i.e. Cotton, Cottons Eco, Mixed Fabric, Easy-care, Quiet Wash, Allergy Care, Delicates, Hand/Wool, Sportswear, and Duvet?
If only the one type, which one is it?
