Hi!

Well, what is tried so far? Maybe replacing the battery will do the trick. Will try this first and see how it goes.

Otherwise, something on the motherboard died and so we need to do some further investigation.

First of all, I would try a new battery and see how that goes! The USB-C is still good, as it won't charge in the dock as well.
