back camera doesn't have any cracked, isn't broken, etc. It's really blurred but when I zoom it out by 0.9-0.6, it is clear
note: sometimes, it becomes clear then it will become blurred again.

Well there can be several factors, including lens cleanliness, focusing difficulties, or software problems. SO check for all of this on your phone and update your phone to it updated version sometime outdated software version can also cause these kind of issue in your system.
