Filter is not recognized
I already changed all filters but the screen is showing that the filter is no recognize

Check that the filter cover (with the filter inserted) is fully closed when the buckles are secured to hold it in place.
It may be that there's a microswitch that is operated when the filter is in position and everything is closed indicating that everything is as it should be.

I am in the restoration industry where using this piece of equipment is common and i can confirm in order to get the unit to recognize the filter you need to ensure the internal filter clips snaps on to the grooves or it will continue to display the filter not recognize prompt and only work at a low speed
