I can't pull down the drop down menu and used the see recent apps

I put the phone in my bag and after I removed it I noticed , I couldn't pull the drop down menu on my techno pop 9 so as to access parameters like Bluetooth, torch, network, screenshot and screen record and I can't too used the third squared button usually for see recently used apps

I don't know whether I mistakenly touch something I wasn't supposed to while putting the phone in my bag or is a systematic problem
