Ambrocio, Whirlpool makes hundreds of different washing machines, and we can't give you an answer that's any better than a random guess without knowing which one you have. According to Whirlpool, you should open the door and look inside on the rim to find the model number. Once you have that, come back and edit your question to add that information.
