So I have this phone, when I call someone I can hear their voice but they cannot, I've tried to check the permission manager in settings and the phone app is not there. I don't know what to really do can somebody guide me on what is the issue how to fix it?

I’m not exactly sure what’s going on with your phone. Maybe it’s a mic permission issue or some glitch in the Phone app. I heard some people had luck fixing similar problems by resetting app preferences or using a dialer app from the Play Store. You can try that. Maybe a local mobile expert could help more.
