Which part is dedicated to telephone connection?

After getting wet in the rain, it reads the SIM card but there is no connection.

The SIM works in other phones but with this phone it only asks me for the PIN but I have no connections neither 2g nor 3g nor 4g.

I tried to disassemble and reassemble but without success.

Everything else works.

Options

After disconnecting and reconnecting the antenna cables, dried well and reassembling everything by tightening the screws well, the telephone connection started working again.
