It's blinking like it is charging but just nothing is coming on and

Most probably the battery has failed and when connecting power to the device, it can't charge the battery and operate the device at the same time.
Try replacing the battery and check if that resolves the problem.
Here's the ifixit Miroir M631 LED Mini Projector Disassembly guide, that may help.
The battery is shown in Step.12 of the guide.
Unfortunately, the battery model information is not fully shown in the image and there's no information online as to what battery model it is, but once you have accessed the battery the model information or specifications should be printed on the battery.
Search online using the information seen on the battery, to hopefully find suppliers.
