Garbled display computer issues.

I accidentally spilled a juice on my CPU, fortunately only the Graphic Card [GeForce GT430] got wet. Soon after, my graphic display got haywired and went into Garbled display. I immediately turned off my PC, disassembled my graphic card and dried/cleaned it using cotton tips [as instructed in some forums I've checked]. Few minutes after, I tried to re-install it and check if it was okay after what I've done. Unfortunately, the display was still garbled.

Is it already time for me to buy a new one or can it still be fixed? Please help me regarding this issue. Any idea that would solve my problem would be highly appreciated. Thanks. :)

Answer this question I have this problem too

Use some high grade isopropyl alcohol to properly clean your card before you give up :-)

I did cleaned it with 40% Isopropyl though, and imma try to re-install it again soon, I'll just let it be fully dried up within few days... But I'm already planning to get a new one since I'm also planning to upgrade my PC. :)
