Problem with Generac 800 Edger

I purchased a new Generac 800 edger 2 weeks ago and put it together and filled it with oil and gas. I used it 2 times. I went to use the 3rd time and cord would not pull. I checked the oil and it was low. I proceeded to add oil and the oil came out the back. Please help!

If it's only two weeks old then it's definitely still under warranty. Would be worth your time to check with the seller about the issues you're having with it. You're sure the blade is disengaged while you're trying to start it, right?
