A few days ago my laptop battery’s light blinking green / orange , I unplug my charger and pressed the power button and then start it the blinking is gone but my battery stuck in 87% it doesn’t go full charge and now it’s hot when 87% when I unplug the charger it’s now going to 0% so fast than ever

The fact that it is getting hot and dropping to 0 fast would be a indication that you have a bad battery.
It could be just the battery, or something else. A battery replacement is likely a good idea depending on how old it is. I would also check the adapter to insure it is not putting out too much voltage.
If the battery and/or adapter replacement doesn't do it, then it is probably time for a new phone.

At this time I don’t think there is any store has the battery because it’s too old and the adapter is good nothing about it

@allaomer this "doesn’t go full charge and now it’s hot when 87%" as well as this " when I unplug the charger it’s now going to 0% so fast", is a pretty good indication that this is a bad battery. Replacing the battery would be a good start. While you are at it, get an ammeter and see how many amps your laptop pulls from the charger. There is always a slight possibility that this is related to a bad charging circuit on your motherboard.
