Can't get screen off even with iOpener and suction cup

I dropped my phone in a pool and it fried the digitizer so I ordered a screen to replace it. I got all the way through the process and can't get the screen off. I've tried isopropyl alcohol, the iOpener, and suction and nothing.

This is because on most samsung phones, the screen and frame are fused together - the phone opens from the back, and the replacement is a screen and frame replacement, transferring all components across
