My Tecno's battery was so good last 11 hours but suddenly one day it started to drain charge screen off without using, now it drains fast I checked if an app is still working on the background and stop them but it's still the same, what does this mean? I suspect something else is using battery or the battery is dieing

Your phone is four years old now, so it's highly likely your battery is in need of replacement. Given they are running anywhere from $4 to $25 USD, it would be well worth your time to try replacing it and see if that fixes the problem. A tired battery could easily explain the symptoms you're seeing.

How did you check if an app was operating in the background?
If you started the phone in safe mode and the battery was still discharging too fast did you check if the WiFi and BT were both disabled? If either were left enabled this could be one reason for the battery discharging quickly as they would be constantly searching for new connections which would use more power than usual.
If you didn't start in safe mode then try it and check the battery discharge rate and if still no good, then try replacing the battery as suggested by @dadibrokeit above.
