Lightbleed on new upper IPS from iFixit

So I ordered a "new" IPS upper LCD from iFixit and the installation went well. I was slightly concerned when I got it because it looked used and the ribbon cable had a small crease in it. Anyways, the screen has A LOT of light bleeding around all four sides. It is super noticeable on startup and on very dark images. Is it faulty? Should I return/exchange it if iFixit allows?

Yup this is LCD bleeding. You should return it and get yourself a new one.
