Stuck L button input

The L button mechanically functions perfectly fine. I've opened up the case and thoroughly cleaned and checked each of the bumpers. However, the L button wont STOP working. The input itself is stuck until the button is pressed, is relieved for only a moment, then back to being stuck on.

Try replacing the L button (usually soldered to the board

The buttons are cheap, 30cents a peice
