Repair documentation for the Fitbit Versa 2 smartwatch. Released in September 2019.

The time is wrong on my fitbit.

it is not even like an hour off. When it is 11:55 the watch it is 12:23. Is it fixable?

Being off by 28 minutes is weird, but I would try to follow the steps in this video just in case:

There doesn't seem to be a way to manually change the time by a certain amount, but changing the time zone to something else, saving it, and changing it back may work and reset the time. Otherwise, try to:

  • Log out of the Fitbit app, and then log back in before syncing again.
  • Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that your Fitbit device is properly connected.
  • Restart both your phone and your Fitbit device.
  • Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app
