Device just stopped working out of the blue, one day it worked next morning will not turn on.

normally airfryer there are a couple of fuses, e.g. thermal fuse, etc and if you have some electronics knowledge, i would check if the smps circuit board is giving out correct voltage.
as you are handing with live electric, please take some precaution.
e.g. check primary side if you are receiving correct ac voltages.
check secondary side ... if you are receiving correct dc voltage.
