How to initialize the disk so that I can use it?

What is the system and OS you are trying to use?

My PC is Asus i5 4th Gen DDR3 so my HDD drive is showing error in my PC is " HDD is not initialized so how can I fix it??

If your disk won’t initialize, first verify that the SATA and power connections are secure and that the drive is detected in the BIOS.

Then, in Windows Disk Management, right‑click the “Not Initialized” drive and choose to initialize it.

If initialization fails, try using DiskPart from Command Prompt to clean and re-partition the disk.

Also, check for any available firmware or driver updates from WD.
