HDMI Controller Tester Questions on PS console

Hello

I replaced my HDMI Port, and all soldered connections are solid and have no bridges.

The ps5 starts up and will boot to white light and stay there.

I still don't have any picture, and monitor does receive a signal.

I've changed HDMI cables and tried a different TV.

All the components are still in place around the HDMI area.

How do I test the HDMI Controller to see if it is the problem for no picture?

Can I use a voltage tester to check the HDMI Controller chip and or components around the HDMI area?

I used an HDMI tester and showed power but no signal coming out.
