@iphone781388 you can't. Without the previous owners information there is nothing you can do. Anything you see online that claims it can be done for as long as you pay a fee, or any bypass software, does not remove the iCloud from Apple's servers. That means only Apple can but they require plenty of proof and a good story in order to do that.
