screen is stuttering when watch netflix after lcd screen replacement

i have iphone 13 pro.

After replacing lcd screen, (bought low-price, 35 dollar)

screen is stuttering when watching Netflix. full screen mode

sometimes there are lines on the screen.

youtube is fine...

please help me.
