Moaan Inkpalm Plus Power and volume buttons not working

I have a Moaan Inkpalm Plus e-reader device.

I am able to use the device. Touch is working fine but the power and volume buttons have suddenly stopped working.

The device went to sleep after 30min and I had no way to turn it back on. I put it on charge and it refreshed and opened it. That was a stroke of luck. But the buttons are still non-responsive.

I have done a device restart and even a faxtory reset. Still nothing.

Touch, WiFi and everything else is working fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just wanted to say I have the same issue, I have the Mooan Inkpalm 5. The touch works perfectly fine as well as the power button. However the Volume buttons completely stopped working suddenly. A factory reset and still nothing. I'm thinking that the buttons themselves are defective. Just posting this here to increase visibility for possible solutions
