Hello,
The internal keyboard and trackpad does not work at any moment. But when i connect and external keyboard and a mouse it works.
Does anyone have an idea of what’s going on or how to fix this?

Have you recently opened the cover to do anything inside such as change a battery or anything else? The 1st thing would be to 'reset' the cable from the track pad to the logic board. If that didn't solve it, then replacing this cable might solve it.

The Trackpad is the junction of the trackpad and keyboards data signals which head onwards to the logic board. Review Step 6 in this guide MacBook Air 11" Early 2014 Trackpad Replacement often a liquid spill leaks into the back of the trackpad damaging the connections, I’ve had to replace a few trackpads and the cables.
